The IDMA took place in Turkey at the Istanbul Expo Center (CNR Expo) from May 4 to 7, 2017.

Every two years, the IDMA takes place in Istanbul and attracts many national and international visitors. As in 2015, the visitors benefit from the huge variety of products shown at the fair.

Brabender showed their complete product portfolio. Especially the GlutoPeak could reach the visitors’ interest. A device with a fast and simple method to determine gluten content, protein content and water absorption related to small sample size has given new ideas to breeders. Also in the grain reception in the milling industry the GlutoPeak is used for the quality control of grains and related breeds.
